Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item, without giving any reason. You may use our withdrawal form at any time, and you will immediately receive an email confirmation with the date and time. The 60-day return period below is a voluntary additional service on top of your statutory right of withdrawal.

At Noreva Home, we want you to shop with peace of mind. If something does not meet your expectations, we are happy to help you move forward in a simple and fair way.

Returns

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.

For an item to be approved for return, it must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to start a return

Email support@norevahomeshop.shop and provide your order number. Our customer service team will quickly guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping

The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can follow the package all the way. Noreva Home cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Return address

Returns can only be sent to our return address in China. Once your return has been approved, our team will email you the full address, so please wait to send anything back until you have received that email.

Our Dutch business address is not a return address. Packages sent to the Dutch address will not be accepted and will be refused.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item, we are happy to help. Contact us, and we will find a solution that suits you.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take an additional couple of days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
